Job summary

Hearst Health seeks a Senior Commercial Business Systems Manager to lead a high-impact team developing cross-system architectures for Salesforce, Gainsight, and related platforms. You will own data models, analytics, and automation initiatives across the Commercial Teams, driving measurable business outcomes.

Based in hybrid offices (SF/CA nominally) with on-site expectations, you will optimize configurations, build dashboards, and guide engagements with stakeholder teams while leveraging

Qualifications

• Five or more years in business systems, revenue operations, Salesforce, analytics, or related.
• Deep Salesforce expertise with data modeling, Flow, reporting, and governance.
• Gainsight administration or similar experience.
• Strong API integrations and data pipeline design.
• SQL proficiency for multi-system reporting and analysis.
• Experience replacing manual work with scalable tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-system architecture across Salesforce, Gainsight, and connected platforms.
• Design scalable integrations and workflows for customer and commercial lifecycle.
• Lead analyses, dashboards, and data models for customer health and risk.
• Prototype solutions and automate where possible with AI-enabled tools.
• Translate business needs into measurable outcomes and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Data Governance to meet requirements.
