SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a senior Salesforce Health Cloud Architect to lead end-to-end solution architecture for large healthcare implementations.

You will define integration patterns, data models, and governance across Health Cloud, core Salesforce, and external systems. The role requires deep Health Cloud expertise, hands-on leadership with Apex/LWC, and strong collaboration with program managers, offshore teams, and QA to deliver scalable, compliant solutions in an Agile/Scrum

Qualifications

• 5.5+ years of total experience.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture and delivery for enterprise healthcare implementations.
• Deep expertise in Health Cloud features including Patient/Member Profiles, Care Plans, Care Programs, Care Teams, Health Timelines, Assessments, Care Gaps, and Utilization Management.
• Drive architectural decisions covering Salesforce core, Health Cloud extensions, integrations, data models, and automation.
• Hands-on leadership with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business use cases and translate them into technical designs.
• Own overall Health Cloud technical strategy ensuring scalability, security, and HIPAA/PHI compliance.
• Act as trusted advisor for stakeholders on Health Cloud capabilities and best practices.
• Review and approve high-level and low-level technical designs ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Guide teams on Salesforce security, data access, sharing rules, consent management, and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Developers to design scalable, best-practice solutions.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support user adoption through training materials.
