Job summary

Professional Employment Group of Colorado is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead the field execution of large, complex construction projects in Colorado. You will serve as the primary field leader, coordinating project teams, subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, logistics, and day-to-day construction activities while working closely with the Project Manager and company leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large, commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage field teams and multiple subs.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality control, and scheduling practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations on large-scale projects ($100M-$180M+).
• Develop and manage the overall construction plan, site logistics, sequencing, and field execution.
• Mentor Superintendents, assistant superintendents, field engineers, foremen and crew.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Drive master construction schedule and short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Identify schedule risks and develop recovery plans when necessary.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and executives on schedule, budget, changes and client expectations.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain accountability for commitments.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors and trade partners.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule and operational performance meet company standards.
• Oversee inspections, turnover, and daily field reporting.
• Develop next generation field leadership through coaching and mentoring.
