Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple phases of complex commercial projects. The role requires strong leadership to coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and owners, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

This field-based position focuses on Northern Colorado and the Colorado Front Range with on-site supervision and frequent travel.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Minimum 10 years serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification required or ability to obtain.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges to minimize project delays.
• Participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and provide project updates.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
