TeamCraft Roofing in Frederick, MD is seeking a Staff and Direct Sales Team leader to drive profitability and growth in line with our vision and values. You will lead a sales team to develop relationships with new and existing customers, focusing on service sales below $100k contract value.

The role requires building business plans, penetrating new markets, analyzing market data, and coordinating pricing with the estimating department. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; 4–6 years in sales management or related experience.
• Fluent knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM/field tools.
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to travel and work with diverse client base.

Responsabilités

• Acquire sales analysis of assigned geographic area and target service department roofing sales.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy to attain goals and profitability.
• Penetrate new markets in the service territory through action plans.
• Review market data to determine customer needs and pricing.
• Lead and develop all sales team activities in the market.
• Expand customer base and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
• Coordinate pricing for work outside established MSAs.
• Represent the company at trade associations and meetings.
• Maintain accurate pricing and activity reports.
• Adhere to company policies and ethics.
