The Baldwin Group seeks a Sr. Client Manager to coordinate carrier relationships and lead the service team for large accounts, developing initial placement and renewal strategies. The role requires strong insurance knowledge, client service excellence, and analytical problem-solving.

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Account Management, a preferred bachelor’s degree, and active licenses with the ability to obtain required licenses within 90 days. Some travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or working toward professional designation.
• At least five years of experience in Account Management.
• Licenses as required by State Department of Insurance; obtain within 90 days if needed.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze risk exposures and recommend client solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the service team on large accounts and coordinate carrier relationships.
• Perform marketing activities for large accounts as assigned.
• Prepare risk maps for assigned accounts and review maps with clients.
• Coordinate service delivery including development of placement/renewal strategy.
• Complete special projects and identify process improvements.
• Mentor new colleagues when requested.
