The Baldwin Group is seeking a Commercial Risk Client Executive in Spring House, PA to manage and expand complex client relationships. Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• 6+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• Active state insurance licenses or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience reviewing, placing, and negotiating loss-sensitive placements incl. captive structures.
• Designations such as CPCU, CIC, CRM, or ARM preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Acquires and retains large, complex commercial clients with deep risk understanding.
• Leads marketplace submissions and renewal strategy with coverage and pricing comparisons.
• Coordinates the client team (Account Management, Risk Mitigation, Claims Consulting, Risk Analysts) to exceed client expectations.
• Analyzes exposures and reserve audits; supports renewal strategy with data and risk mapping.
• Builds trusted relationships with carriers, brokers, and firm advisors.
• Supports training and knowledge sharing to colleagues and advisors.
