Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Risk Client Executive to lead the management and service of complex commercial accounts, developing consultative relationships with clients and educating them on new coverage options. You will work to retain large clients, leveraging deep insurance knowledge and partnerships to drive outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring at least ten years of commercial insurance experience, licenses as required, and professional designations (CPCU, CIC, CRM or ARM).

Qualifications

• State licensing as required to provide risk management consulting or risk transfer solutions
• Minimum of ten (10) years of commercial insurance experience
• Exceptional technical knowledge of insurance coverage, contracts, market conditions, and underwriting appetites
• Experience reviewing, placing, and negotiating loss-sensitive casualty and workers' compensation placements including captive structures

Responsibilities

• Lead management and service of complex commercial accounts at a strategic level to develop consultative relationships with clients
• Acquire and retain large, complex clients through deep risk understanding and effective communication
• Educate clients on missing or newly available coverage options
• Prepare and present complex submissions for the marketplace, including loss picks and endorsements
• Mentor and train the Client Executive Team across assigned book of business
