They are scaling their commercial organization and seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial Revenue to lead strategic business development and sales efforts in multiple markets.

This full-time onsite role is based in Los Angeles, CA.

Qualifications

• Lead business development and commercial sales initiatives across multiple verticals.
• Build and develop the commercial organization and revenue operations.
• Develop enterprise customer relationships and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop Commercial Sales Managers and Business Development Managers
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and development
• Build a high-accountability, execution-focused sales culture
• Lead commercial sales strategy across fleet operators, municipalities, port authorities, and commercial maritime operators
• Drive revenue growth across multiple market segments
• Develop and refine sales methodologies, forecasting processes, and pipeline management
• Maintain visibility into sales performance and demand forecasting for leadership
• Engage directly with key strategic accounts, fleet operators, and shipyard partners
• Support customer discussions around vessel requirements and technical solution development
• Develop relationships with shipyards and external partners related to construction estimation and contracts
• Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, finance, and program teams on pricing strategy, technical feasibility, and customer delivery
• Support grant-funded and infrastructure-related commercial opportunities
• Translate customer and market feedback into strategic business insight
