Job summary
GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Marine Services Sales Manager to apply technical expertise in electrical propulsion and marine controls, and to expand service offerings across the Power Conversion and Storage Marine segment.
You will leverage customer relationships to drive orders and margin while shaping regional growth strategies. Responsibilities include owning the forecast, leading commercial and technical proposals, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and identifying new service
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Naval Architecture from an accredited university
- 10+ years of maritime electric propulsion/controls and automation experience
- 5+ years in sales/business development with growth track record
- Experience with Offshore O&G ecosystem including Shipyards and Naval Architecture firms
- Ability to travel 60% domestically and internationally
- U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Own Marine Services orders forecast to meet quarterly targets
- Support bidding with electrical and mechanical SME input
- Identify offerings to capture new service opportunities
- Lead commercial and technical proposal efforts with risk analysis
- Partner with external and GE Vernova teams to optimize outcomes
- Develop opportunities in Marine Electric Propulsion and Controls
- Support market strategy and segment engagement plans
- Monitor North America marine market intelligence for advantage
