• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficient in standard software.

Responsibilities

• Generate and service a variety of commercial loans and bank services.
• Achieve portfolio growth and cross-sale goals.
• Oversee loan portfolio for covenant compliance.
• Monitor credit quality and manage risk.
• Present bank products to prospective clients.
• Underwrite as needed.
• Mentor lower-level officers.
• Other duties as assigned.
