Job summary

UMB Bank in Dallas is seeking a Sr. Relationship Manager to grow the commercial loan portfolio and expand existing client relationships.

You will use credit acumen and knowledge of treasury management, virtual cards and trust services to provide a broad suite of solutions for mid-market businesses. You will lead and coordinate with team members to assess client needs, qualify opportunities, and drive profitable growth for the Commercial Banking group.

Qualifications

• 5 years sales experience with 2 years in Commercial Bank Sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Knowledge of credit, bank products, underwriting and bank operations.

Responsibilities

• Build your own commercial loan portfolio by prospecting for new Commercial & Industrial business.
• Engage and lead other team members to determine client benefit from products.
• Collaborate with commercial clients to understand their business and financial needs.
• Analyze the business to qualify clients for bank products and services.
