UMB Financial Corporation's UMB Bank in Salt Lake City is seeking a Sr. Commercial Relationship Specialist to provide expert support to Relationship Managers and clients within Commercial Banking, helping develop and maintain key relationships.

You will handle servicing requests, onboarding Treasury Management services, and manage post-closing items while coordinating with internal partners. Strong banking experience and client service orientation are essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED plus 5+ years banking experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School Diploma or GED plus 3 years general banking experience or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years banking or client support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Relationship Manager(s) with daily support activities related to client relationships.
• Serve as point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for servicing requests.
• Manage post-closing requirements including exception citing's, collateral perfections, and covenant items.
• Onboard new Deposit Account and Treasury Services with Treasury Management team and guide clients to the right resources.
• Maintain client records for loan and deposit accounts.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service, research issues, and provide resolutions.
• Facilitate loan payoffs and collateral release requests.
• Assist with Analysis Refund requests.
• Facilitate no-pin wires and transfers.
• Handle overdraft communications and decisions.
• Provide loan and deposit information/documentation.

Formação académica

High School Diploma or GED (and 5+ years banking experience)

Bachelor's degree (and 2 years banking/client support)
