The position requires strong communication, sales, and credit assessment skills, with leadership duties reporting to the Market President. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 4+ years banking experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years banking, finance, or sales experience.
• Six months or more credit analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and loans through referrals, calls, and community involvement.
• Analyze customers' financial data, structure and negotiate credit transactions.
• Service existing relationships to maximize profitability.
• Pursue repayment and contact customers with past due loans.
• Assist other lines of business with business development.
