Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking or related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years commercial lending experience; Experience should include previous loan structuring and credit analysis responsibilities.
• Extensive knowledge of all Bank products, services, procedures and practices; Must have an in-depth knowledge of Federal and State lending regulations and Bank policies relating to lending procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop consultative relationships with prospects and clients to add value by delivering banking solutions.
• Underwrite loan requests within bank policies and organize complete loan packages for credit approval.
• Manage and service assigned loan portfolio while ensuring compliance and documentation.
• Price loans and deposits according to current pricing guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of lending laws and bank procedures and build relationships with COIs and community.
