Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5-10 years commercial lending experience; experience should include loan structuring and credit analysis responsibilities.
• Extensive knowledge of bank products, services, procedures and lending regulations; familiarity with the local business community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in a business development plan to grow the loan and deposit portfolio in the metro market.
• Develop consultative relationships to deliver banking solutions.
• Underwrite loan requests and ensure complete packages for Credit review and approval.
