• Excellent credit and financial analysis skills.
• Effective negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow loans, deposits and fees through development of new business and cross-selling to existing customers.
• Make sales calls and coordinate financial analyses to support credit decisions.
• Contribute or provide recommendations to loan decisions based on credit risk evaluation.
• Negotiate terms and communicate credit decisions as directed by policy and credit approval.
• Lead all aspects of relationship management for an assigned portfolio/geography.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction and improve the customer experience.
