Qualifications

• Extensive network of outside referral sources for new business.
• Excellent credit and financial analysis skills.
• Effective negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow loans, deposits and fees through development of new business and cross-selling within assigned portfolios.
• Lead loan decisions and coordinate credit analyses with Credit Management as needed.
• Communicate credit decisions and terms clearly to customers and internal partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal/external partners to expand business opportunities.
• Maintain regulatory and risk management standards across all account activities.
