Job summary

ACAMS is looking for a senior product leader to define and execute the commercial strategy for our training portfolio and digital ecosystem. The role will drive growth, market expansion, and customer value by optimizing pricing, packaging, and capabilities.

You will translate insights into scalable initiatives and work with cross-functional leaders to strengthen market leadership. You will lead senior product managers, partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, and influence executive

Qualifications

10+ years in financial services or regulated sectors
Strong ability to develop business cases and manage portfolio performance
Experience in pricing transformation and go-to-market execution
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

Own commercial performance of the product portfolio and drive growth
Lead pricing and packaging strategies across segments
Lead a team of senior product managers with coaching and portfolio oversight
Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities
Partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success for GTM planning and execution
