Job summary

Advarra is seeking a Director of Training to plan, manage, and evaluate all aspects of product-focused training for external customers and internal staff. You will supervise a global team of training professionals and drive the delivery of training resources, including eLearning, to ensure outcomes align with company goals.

This remote role requires strong leadership, instructional design, and communication skills, with a focus on continuously improving the customer training experience.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years delivering instructor-led training.
• Experience with software training and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Solutions overall training strategy.
• Oversee planning, design, and delivery of training to customers.
• Supervise a global team of training specialists and eLearning developers; provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Observe and evaluate trainers; coach to improve skills and confidence.
• Develop, lead, and prioritize new training initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Manage major project timelines and training department budget.
