Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Director of Global Commercial Systems Training & Onboarding to elevate commercial productivity via onboarding, CRM adoption, and role-based capability development. You’ll partner with global leaders to diagnose gaps, translate priorities into enablement solutions, and drive practical outcomes for customer-facing teams.

You will own the onboarding framework and lead training for CRM, forecasting, analytics, and digital selling tools, while developing scalable learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 12+ years in commercial training, sales enablement, or related roles.
• Experience designing onboarding, CRM, and sales-tool training.
• Strong understanding of CRM, forecasting, analytics, and commercial workflows.
• Proven instructional-design, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working across regions and functions in a global organization.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Own the global onboarding framework for customer-facing commercial teams.
• Lead global training for CRM, dashboards, analytics, and digital tools.
• Translate system functionality into practical workflows and use cases.
• Partner with HR, regional leaders, and SMEs to deliver consistent onboarding.
• Design scenario-based learning and develop LMS content.
• Support new system launches and change-management initiatives.
• Deliver engaging sessions virtually, in-person, and in field settings.
