Job summary

Alamar Biosciences is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning and Development (Commercial) to design, build, and execute a global training and enablement program for our growing commercial organization. This role will partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Product Management to deliver scalable, high-impact training that accelerates onboarding and supports commercial excellence as we grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 8+ years in global commercial training / sales enablement, or sales/marketing roles within life sciences/biotech.
• Strong understanding of life sciences tools, diagnostics, or proteomics/genomics markets.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive commercial training strategy aligned with Alamar’s growth objectives.
• Build structured onboarding programs for new hires across Sales, FAS, and commercial roles.
• Develop ongoing training curricula including: product knowledge, scientific fluency, and sales skills.
• Create engaging training materials and establish design standards for content development partners.
• Deliver live and virtual training sessions (onboarding, product launches, regional meetings).
• Measure training impact using KPIs and continuously improve programs.
