Job summary

SKIMS in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Training to shape training strategy across physical channels, including full-price, outlet, franchise, and multi-brand environments. You will lead onboarding and ongoing development, partner with Retail and cross-functional teams, and set standards for facilitation and learning delivery across regions and channels.

This role requires travel, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of retail training with a focus on measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Retail Training, Commercial Enablement, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in Learning & Development, commercial training, or related function in a global multi-channel brand.
• 3+ years leading learning professionals and shaping strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop the global training roadmap and define required skills and behaviors by role and channel.
• Partner with Retail and cross-functional leaders on priorities, launches, and peak periods.
• Lead learning strategy for new store, market, and channel launches and ensure readiness.
• Manage and develop the Manager, Retail Learning Design to ensure high-quality content.
