Job summary

Johnson Health Tech North America is seeking a Global Product Training Strategist to shape how our sales teams learn about products, positioning, and solutions. You will create courses, videos, and job aids, translate technical content for global markets, and manage learning systems.

You’ll plan in-person and virtual training events across the U.S. and abroad, coordinate localization, and drive improvements to training programs with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in corporate learning and development or product training.
• Experience designing content with instructional design and adult-learning principles.
• Exceptional writing and editing for global audiences with varying English proficiency.
• Experience planning large-scale in-person events and webinars.
• Experience administering a learning management system and coordinating localization.

Responsibilities

• Create global brand and product content with cross-functional partners.
• Design courses, microlearning, video scripts, and job aids using adult-learning principles.
• Translate complex tech information into clear content for global sales.
• Plan and deliver in-person and virtual training events across US and international locations.
• Plan, produce, and host webinars for global audiences across time zones.
• Manage learning systems, reporting, localization, and vendor coordination.
