You will analyze financial information, prepare loan packages, and guide credit requests through approvals while ensuring compliance with regulations and bank policies. Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 4-6 years of credit analysis and commercial banking experience.
• Familiarity with loan structuring and loan documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of Federal and State lending regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information to evaluate creditworthiness of loan requests and portfolio management needs.
• Compile commercial loan packages with credit memos and supporting background information.
• Guide loan requests through the Credit Approval Process and ensure compliant structure.
• Maintain risk grades and monitor large commercial loan portfolios.
• Build relationships with internal partners and support clients with quality service.
