Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes from small requests to large projects with accurate pricing and lead times.
• Incorporate market conditions like tariffs and fuel costs into quotes.
• Use ERP/quoting systems and AI tools to speed turnaround and catch errors.
• Collaborate with the manager, outside sales, and purchasing to ensure timely, accurate quotes.
