Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience).
• 3–10+ years of plumbing or mechanical project management experience.
• PMP certification or B.S. in Construction Management preferred.
• Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, Vista, and Bluebeam a bonus.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, specifications, contracts, and job cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff and setup, including job creation, submittals, and planning.
• Manage project timelines and schedules based on estimates and contracts.
• Order materials and equipment to keep projects running efficiently.
• Handle all project documentation and administration from start to finish.
• Produce, price, and manage change orders.
• Own the project budget and ensure profitability.
• Track costs and provide accurate reporting to management.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Interpret plans, specifications, and legal contracts with confidence.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends, technology tools, and best practices.
