Job summary

You will review project specs, source products from preferred manufacturers, negotiate pricing to protect margins, and manage follow-up on quotations while supporting account managers through revisions and transitioning awarded work to fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, written and verbal, with cross-team collaboration.
• Customer service and account management to build relationships.
• Sales knowledge to identify needs and support quotation-to-order.
• Purchasing to source products and negotiate pricing.
• Experience in plumbing/mechanical/HVAC distribution or contracting.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy under deadlines.
• Proficiency with ERP or quotation software and Excel/Outlook.
• High school diploma required; degrees in business/engineering are a plus.
