You will work with sales, purchasing, and customers to clarify requirements and pricing, source products, and negotiate with suppliers. You'll follow up on quotations and help transition awarded projects to order fulfillment, maintaining records and pricing integrity.

Qualifications

Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and external partners.
Strong customer service and account management to support quotations.
Ability to understand customer needs and convert quotations to orders.
Sourcing products, negotiating pricing, and coordinating with suppliers.
Experience in plumbing/mechanical/HVAC distribution or contracting is beneficial.
Excellent numerical accuracy and ability to manage multiple quotations and deadlines.
Proficiency with ERP/quotation software and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and timely quotes for commercial plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC projects.
Review project specs and drawings to clarify requirements and pricing.
Source products from preferred manufacturers and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
Ensure quotes align with margins and service standards.
Follow up on submitted quotations and assist in revisions for awarded projects.
Transition awarded projects to order fulfillment and maintain quotation records.
