Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate for Commercial Operations to help define and scale our sales support functions. You will own team capacity planning, build data-driven insights, and drive projects that improve deal velocity and accuracy across multiple lines of business.

You’ll analyze CRM data, SQL data, and AI-generated insights to inform recommendations, partner with stakeholders, and execute initiatives with structured methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, strategy, or business operations; high-growth or tech company preferred.
• Ability to map end-to-end processes with tools like Lucidchart or Slides.
• Structured problem solving with project/program management skills.
• Experience extracting data from CRM, SQL, and AI tools to generate insights.
