Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to underwrite complex commercial loans, with a focus on cash flow analysis and collateral evaluation. You will interact with clients and internal teams to structure transactions and ensure covenant compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial credit with complex transactions.
• Experience in asset-based lending required for underwriting and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions, including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Clearly communicate with internal and external customers.
• Provide support to lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial industry, economy, and market conditions.
• Ensure covenant compliance certificates and related follow-up items are tracked.
• Participate in weekly loan committee meetings and assist the Credit Manager in mentoring junior associates.
