The role collaborates with Commercial Banking teams to ensure adherence to credit policy and maintains high-quality credit judgment.

Responsibilities include preparing memos for loan approvals, reviewing covenants, and guiding annual reviews.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Minimum ten years’ experience with limited supervision.
• Experience with credit decisions and analysis.
• Familiar with CRE concepts and structures.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite and monitor higher exposure loan relationships.
• Prepare loan memos and approvals.
• Review loan agreements and covenants.
• Coordinate with Lending teams to ensure policy compliance.
• Lead annual review process for top credits.
