Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of commercial lending products, procedures and laws.
• Must understand commercial loan processing and documentation, including appraisals and title work.
• Knowledge of real estate loan structures and documentation.
• Familiarity with NCUA and federal lending regulations (HMDA, ECOA, RESPA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls about commercial loan processing and closing of new and renewed loan requests.
• Assist with commercial loan closings, funding, and document preparation for non-complex transactions.
• Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness; verify rates and terms.
• Coordinate loan closings and ensure loan packages are filed properly.
• Monitor application flow from member to closing and funding; meet deadlines.
