Job summary

Aplusfcu is seeking a skilled Commercial Loan Processor to oversee the full lifecycle of business lending files, from underwriting to closing. You will collect, review, and verify contracts, title work, appraisals, income, credit, assets, and disclosures to ensure complete, accurate files and timely processing.

You will coordinate with underwriters, loan officers, and branch staff, serving as SME for processing and coaching Level I team members.

Qualifications

• Four years of financial institution experience required.
• Two years of commercial loan processing experience required.
• Additional specialized or technical training in mortgage or commercial loan processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process commercial loan files from approval to closing.
• Collect and verify loan documents (contracts, title work, appraisals, income, credit, assets).
• Coordinate closings and funding for loan transactions.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness; liaise with underwriters and loan officers.
• Prepare and review real estate documents and disclosures as needed.
• Assist with training Level I team members and support mutuals in closing processes.
