Job summary

Arizona Federal Credit Union seeks a Loan Closings Specialist to coordinate with members, lenders, title companies, and internal teams to ensure timely closings and strict compliance with policy and regulatory guidelines. You will analyze commercial loan structures, prepare closing checklists, review documents, verify signatures, and support the funding package to deliver a seamless member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years closing commercial loans or 12 months supporting a volume of 5–9 closings per month.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending regulations, documentation, and compliance.
• Professional written and verbal communication and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with members, lenders, sales agents, and title companies to ensure timely closings.
• Analyze business loan structures to determine due diligence requirements.
• Prepare closing checklists and review loan documents for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with CIP, BSA, ECOA, OFAC and other regulatory requirements.
• Support funding package preparation and disbursement coordination with escrow and title.
• Maintain SLA-driven workflow management and effective cross-functional communication.
