Qualifications

• Minimum of four years' related experience in commercial loan closing.
• Knowledge of financial institution policies and regulations preferred.
• Experience in direct customer interface environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial loan closings from start to finish.
• Review loan documentation against credit approval.
• Coordinate information flow between the Bank, borrower, and attorneys.
