Job summary

Seacoast Bank seeks an experienced Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist to prepare and review loan documents for complex transactions involving aircraft, transportation loans, leases and SBA loans. You will work closely with bank counsel to ensure compliance and timely closings.

You will obtain due diligence materials, coordinate closings, and uphold service levels while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• LaserPro software experience is preferred.
• Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation for commercial loans and coordinate with bank counsel on complex transactions with collateral.
• Obtain and review due diligence information (title searches, UCC searches, surveys, flood certifications).
• Ensure loan approval conditions are cleared prior to closing and coordinate closings with officers, attorneys and borrowers.
• Maintain AML/BSA compliance, and adhere to regulatory procedures and risk controls.
• Support lending and branch teams to deliver strong customer service.
