Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial processing experience (loan docs).
• LaserPro software experience preferred.
• Familiar with lending regulatory compliance preferred.
• Strong PC skills: Word/Excel/Outlook; fast keyboarding (40+ WPM).

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial loan documents in-house and coordinate closings with counsel.
• Obtain and review due diligence (title, searches, surveys, certifications).
• Ensure conditions cleared before closing and document in files.
• Coordinate information with loan officers, closing agents and borrowers.
• Maintain AML/BSA compliance and audit procedures to meet regulatory standards.
