Columbia Bank seeks an experienced banking professional to manage Commercial client onboarding and ongoing relationships. You will coordinate underwriting and closing documents, maintain files, and ensure timely loan completion while handling customers' product needs and issues.

The role requires strong analytical skills, extensive loan experience, and collaboration with law and underwriting teams. Onsite in Roseburg, OR with competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• More than 10 years of banking, loan administration and documentation experience required.
• Knowledge of complex lending structures and related documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary liaison with Commercial customers through onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Review information for underwriting, documentation, and closing of loans and deposit services.
• Prepare data input for boarding on servicing systems and maintain audit-ready files.
• Coordinate with attorneys to negotiate loan documents protecting bank interests.
• Ensure closing conditions are met and loans close on time.
• Handle customer problems regarding bank products and services and process maintenance requests.
