Job summary
Columbia Bank is seeking an experienced Commercial Banking professional to serve as the primary liaison during onboarding and ongoing relationship management for Commercial clients in Riverside, CA. You will coordinate with underwriting, documentation, and closing for complex loans and deposit services while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely processing.
The role emphasizes expert knowledge of loan administration, title/escrow, and risk management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years in banking, loan administration, and documentation.
- Experience with complex lending structures and multiple collateral properties.
- Knowledge of real estate construction draw analysis and title insurance processes.
Responsibilities
- Onboard Commercial customers and manage ongoing relationships.
- Coordinate underwriting, documentation, and closing of loans and deposits.
- Prepare and review documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor loan closings and ensure conditions are met within timeframes.
- Maintain audit-ready files and assist with third-party reviews.
