Job summary

Columbia Bank in Spokane, WA seeks a seasoned Commercial Banking professional to manage onboarding and ongoing relationships with Commercial customers. You will coordinate with underwriting, documentation, and closing teams for C&I, construction, and term loans, as well as deposits and other services.

The role requires deep knowledge of commercial banking, loan administration, and regulatory compliance, with a track record of timely closings and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years banking, loan administration and documentation experience.
• Proven experience with complex lending structures and title/escrow processes.
• Strong ability to analyze title insurance commitments and UCC searches.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Commercial customers and manage ongoing relationships.
• Review information for underwriting, documentation and closing of loans.
• Prepare data input sheets for boarding on servicing systems.
• Ensure closing conditions are met and loans close timely.
• Address customer problems and facilitate account maintenance requests.
