Qualifications

• Active Texas bar license.
• Eight+ years of experience.
• Experience in complex commercial litigation; familiarity with pleadings, depositions, motions, settlement negotiations, and client communications.
• Trial or arbitration experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with all phases of complex commercial litigation including preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, drafting motions, engaging in settlement negotiations, and communicating with clients.
• Work primarily with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets SBU.
