Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate for our Austin or Dallas offices. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience and must hold an active Texas bar license.

You will work primarily with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets Strategic Business Unit, handling pleadings, depositions, motions, and settlement negotiations. Experience at trial or arbitration is preferred but not required.

• Familiar with all phases of complex litigation: pleadings, depositions, motions, settlement negotiations, client communications

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with all phases of complex commercial litigation including preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, drafting motions, engaging in settlement negotiations, and communicating with clients. Experience at trial or arbitration is preferred but not required.
