Qualifications

• Experience handling all phases of complex commercial litigation, including factual investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, motions, mediation, and client communications.
• Experience in state and federal court preferred; second-chair experience at trial or arbitration is beneficial but not required.
• Judicial clerkship experience with a federal court is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct factual investigations and discovery, prepare pleadings, take depositions, argue motions, participate in mediation, and communicate with clients.
