Commercial Litigation Senior Counsel

with

of experience. Candidates should have an active Texas bar license. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets Strategic Business Unit.

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with all phases of complex commercial litigation including preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, drafting motions, engaging in settlement negotiations, and communicating with clients. Experience at trial or arbitration is preferred but not required.
