Acrisure in California-West is seeking a Supervisor, Placement, Commercial – Small to lead the carrier placement team and support the internal rating process with select insurers. This role partners with North American Specialty and International teams, while ensuring compliant submissions and strong carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in insurance/financial services with progressive leadership experience.
• Experience managing teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.
• Strong communication, decision-making and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead carrier placement specialists and support team development.
• Partner with Client Advisors and Account Management for placement strategy.
• Maintain carrier relationships and develop new partnerships in the West Division.
• Monitor KPIs, report performance to senior leadership.
• Analyze submissions, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulations.
• Attend carrier events and collaborate with sales/service teams on placement and renewals.
• Oversee property and casualty submissions for new and renewing accounts.
• Promote technology adoption to improve efficiency and scalability.
