Acrisure is seeking an experienced insurance placement professional to manage new business and renewal activities for mid-to-large commercial accounts. You will lead market strategies, analyze risk and financials, and collaborate with client advisors and carriers to optimize coverage solutions.

The role emphasizes independent decision-making, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and insurance management systems. On-site collaboration is expected in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant insurance experience with mid-to-large commercial placements.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, financial analysis, and negotiation abilities.
• Capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of Excel and Word required.
• Experience with Applied Epic is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage timelines and processes for new business and renewals.
• Develop market strategies and evaluate risk characteristics for placements.
• Analyze alternative risk financing, including large deductibles and captives.
• Structure coverage and build insurance towers for higher limits.
• Exercise independent judgment in carrier placement decisions.
• Lead year-end reviews of placement performance and relationships.
• Prepare submissions, loss data, and exposure schedules for proposals.
