Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Supervisor - Placement, Commercial – Small in California to lead the carrier placement team and optimize placement processes. You will partner with Client Advisors, manage carrier relations, and drive performance improvements in a dynamic environment.

The role requires a property & casualty license, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 5 years in insurance/financial services with a track record of leadership and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Active property & casualty license required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in insurance/financial services.
• Experience managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead carrier placement specialists and support team development.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors and Account Management for placement strategy.
• Maintain carrier relationships and develop new partnerships for the West Division.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior leadership.
• Analyze submissions and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
