Job summary

USI Insurance Services in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to serve 20–40 mid-to-large accounts as the primary client contact. You will handle marketing, quotes, carrier selection, and renewal activity while supporting Sales Executives and Account Executives.

Candidates should have 5+ years in a Commercial Lines setting, a strong Property & Casualty background, and the license or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Commercial Lines agency.
• College degree preferred.
• Must hold or be willing to earn Property & Casualty license.
• Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU preferred.
• Proficiency with internet-based programs and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, personalized support to assigned Commercial Lines clients.
• Provide insurance technical expertise to clients and team members.
• Marketing and placement of client Commercial Lines renewals.
• Prepare client applications for review and determine carriers.
• Analyze quotes, make program recommendations, and manage renewals.
• Maintain accuracy in agency management systems and attend client meetings.
