USI Insurance Services in Cleveland seeks an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage 20 to 40 mid-to-large sized accounts. You will handle day-to-day client contact, renewals, marketing, and coverage reviews, collaborating with Sales and Account Executives.

Responsibilities include providing technical insurance guidance, preparing applications, analyzing carrier quotes, negotiating with carriers, and ensuring no lapse in coverage. Strong license and industry designations preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in a Commercial Lines agency.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance.
• Must hold or be willing to earn Property & Casualty license.
• Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU preferred.
• Proficient with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office.
• Sagitta / ImageRight knowledge preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction.
• Keep informed about industry information, technology and trends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive, personalized support to assigned Commercial Lines clients.
• Provide insurance technical expertise to clients and team members.
• Market and place client Commercial Lines renewals.
• Prepare client applications for review with Account Representatives.
• Determine most-appropriate carriers for market pricing.
• Analyze and compare carrier quotes and coverage offerings.
• Make insurance program recommendations to clients.
• Manage renewal expirations and avoid coverage lapses.
• Negotiate with carriers on behalf of clients.
• Process policies, endorsements and audits as needed.
• Champion cross-selling initiatives and develop accounts.
• Represent client interests in USI account strategy meetings.
• Delegate administrative tasks to Account Representatives.
• Respond to underwriters’ questions promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accuracy in agency management systems.
• Attend face-to-face client meetings regularly.
